Seventy Five Broadway: A New Luxury Residential Tower Is Coming to Brickell
Request Pricing & AvailabilityBrickell’s skyline is getting another addition. Seventy Five Broadway, a proposed 54-story luxury condominium tower by Miami-based developer YTECH, is planned for a site just off Brickell Avenue, directly north of Simpson Park.
Designed by internationally recognized architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), Seventy Five Broadway is expected to bring 113 residences to one of Miami’s most established urban neighborhoods. Unlike some of the larger condominium developments in Brickell, the project is planned with a relatively limited number of homes, with layouts ranging from one-bedroom residences to expansive three-bedroom homes and full-floor penthouses.
With its distinctive bronze exterior, private residential foyers, landscaped surroundings, and rooftop amenities, Seventy Five Broadway is another development worth watching as Brickell continues to evolve.
A 54-Story Building With Just 113 Residences
One of the defining characteristics of Seventy Five Broadway is its planned residential count. The tower is expected to feature 113 residences across 54 stories.
Standard residences are planned to range from approximately 1,380 to 2,490 square feet, while the penthouses are expected to reach up to 5,932 square feet.
The development’s relatively small number of residences, combined with its larger floor plans, gives Seventy Five Broadway a different profile from many of the high-density condominium towers throughout Downtown Miami and Brickell.
Plans also call for private elevator foyers and individual terraces, adding to the emphasis on privacy and residential space.
Architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox
Seventy Five Broadway is being designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, commonly known as KPF. The internationally recognized architecture firm has designed major buildings across the globe, bringing an established architectural name to this Brickell development.
The proposed tower will feature a bronze-toned exterior, floor-to-ceiling glass, rounded corners, and horizontal architectural accents. Its sculpted appearance is intended to create a more distinctive addition to the surrounding skyline.
Landscape architecture is being handled by Enea. The plans incorporate tropical landscaping and a pedestrian-friendly street-level environment, with the building’s design extending beyond the tower itself.
Request Pricing & AvailabilityRooftop Pool and Elevated Amenities
Seventy Five Broadway is planned with three primary amenity levels on floors 8, 49, and 50.
The upper levels are particularly notable. The proposed 50th-floor amenity area will include a rooftop terrace and swimming pool, with views overlooking the surrounding Brickell skyline and Simpson Park.
A resident lounge is also planned on an upper floor, while another amenity level will sit above the building’s parking podium.
The full amenity package and final specifications should be confirmed as additional project information becomes available.
A South Brickell Location Near Simpson Park
Seventy Five Broadway is planned for 41 and 75 SW 15th Road, Miami, Florida 33129.
The location sits just west of Brickell Avenue and directly north of Simpson Park, a natural green space that offers a contrast to the neighborhood’s dense collection of residential and commercial towers.
Residents will be close to Brickell’s restaurants, shopping, financial district, and entertainment destinations. Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and the neighborhood’s growing dining scene are all part of the surrounding urban environment.
The property is also near the Financial District Metrorail station, providing public transportation access to other parts of Miami.
For buyers who want to live in the center of Miami’s business and social scene, South Brickell continues to be an attractive location.
YTECH Continues Its Brickell Development Activity
Seventy Five Broadway is being developed by YTECH, the Miami-based developer also responsible for The Residences at 1428 Brickell.
The two developments are located close to one another, adding to YTECH’s growing presence in the neighborhood. While 1428 Brickell is planned as a much larger 70-story residential tower, Seventy Five Broadway offers a different approach with its 113 planned residences.
Together, these projects represent another chapter in Brickell’s continued transformation into an international destination for luxury residential living.
